We ship to all 50 states, including Washington, DC and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

You will get an email confirmation once a shipping label is created for your product(s).

Orders may be delivered by UPS or the US Postal Service (USPS).

In an effort to ensure the quickest delivery to you, orders may be split across multiple shipments, and may not always ship on the same day

Private shipping guarantees that UPS will deliver your package within 2 days. We are not responsible for any delays with UPS and will not refund shipping costs for their delay. Private shipping costs are non-refundable.

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

Route package protection is available to insure your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged. It covers all the items in your order except shipping costs, taxes, Customs fees & duties. 

If you choose to decline Route package protection - your order will NOT be insured. JORDAN CRAIG will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders and can not replace or refund your order without an approved claim from UPS. 

Route Package Protection is non-refundable.

PO Boxes 

At this time, Shotgun or Fastline shipping must be used for PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Private shipping cannot be used for PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
